1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WeedMeOnline (“the App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) at weedmeonline.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use WeedMeOnline. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and consent to providing your date of birth for verification.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
WeedMeOnline is intended for use in jurisdictions where cannabis is legal for medical or recreational use. You are solely responsible for ensuring your compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws. You agree to provide accurate information during registration, including a valid email address and a password you create. Your account is personal and non-transferable.
4. Authentication and Account Security
WeedMeOnline uses email address and password authentication. Your password is stored as a one-way cryptographic hash; we cannot retrieve it. Password-reset links are single-use and expire after a short period. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Notify us immediately at support@weedmeonline.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
WeedMeOnline offers paid membership plans (Monthly, Annual, and Founding Member). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. A 7-day free trial may be offered; you will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel anytime before the renewal date. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.
6. Dispensary Listings and Partnerships
Dispensary information displayed on WeedMeOnline is provided for informational purposes only. WeedMeOnline does not sell cannabis products and is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party dispensary listings, menus, prices, or availability.
7. AI-Generated Content
WeedMeOnline uses artificial intelligence to provide strain recommendations, terpene education, and cannabis-related information. AI-generated content is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health-related decisions.
8. User-Generated Content
You may submit journal entries, strain reviews, and other content (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant WeedMeOnline a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content within the App. You represent that you own or have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: use the App where cannabis is illegal; misrepresent your age or identity; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the App or its data; post false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful content; or use the App to facilitate illegal transactions of any kind.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design, and technology on WeedMeOnline is owned by or licensed to WeedMeOnline. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
WeedMeOnline is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Use of the App is at your own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeedMeOnline and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WeedMeOnline, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the App, or third parties.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
